Shantelle Badman, our director, provides strategic direction, drives our vision, and oversees the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, scheduling, and administration.

Operations, Human Resources, and Training Manager Lee Badman reports to the Director and is also responsible for website development. Lee’s experience is indispensable to the business’s ongoing operations.

we have other key employees that play an essential part in the growth and development of our business include; Joe who leads up Marketing and Promotions. Each department is led by experienced professionals who bring expertise and guidance to their respective teams.

Within each department, we have dedicated teams that work together to achieve specific objectives and contribute to the company’s overall success. Our teams are comprised of talented individuals who bring diverse skills and perspectives to the table.
